✨ A Sacred Celebration of Renewal, Sound & Togetherness in the Heart
As we step into the New Year, we gather to honour transition — leaving the old behind and opening ourselves to what wishes to be born. This evening marks a moment of reflection, intention, and gentle forward movement, supported by ceremonial cacao, sacred sound, and seasonal song.
Immersed in the warmth of ceremonial cacao — a heart-opening, non-psychoactive plant — and the resonance of sacred sound, we journey inward. The ceremony offers space to release what no longer serves and to listen more deeply to the intentions forming within the heart.
Through the healing sound & cacao ceremony, I weave overtone singing and shamanic styles, creating a grounding and spacious field for inner clarity. From stillness, music naturally unfolds.
