This agreement is made between Gonca Gurses, who operates in various locations in the Netherlands and worldwide, and yourself ("I") for present and future visits.

DISCLOSURE REGARDING CACAO CEREMONY: Sacred ceremonial cacao is prepared in a manner that enhances blood flow to the brain by approximately 30-40% and increases oxygen levels in the blood by 20%. When combined with the meditations and healing practices offered during this ceremony, it allows for profound expansion of the heart center's energy, leading to deeper awareness, healing, joy, and creativity. We kindly request that if you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, chocolate allergies, pregnancy, severe anxiety tendencies, or are taking antidepressants or other medications, you refrain from consuming the full amount of cacao served in these ceremonies. Please inform us in advance if any of these conditions apply to you.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I acknowledge that my participation in online, group sessions, 1-1 sessions, and/or ceremonies and workshops, training, etc. are entirely voluntary and at my own risk. I assume all risks associated with potential injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses to myself or my belongings that may arise, including but not limited to the loss or theft of personal property, regardless of whether such harm is due to Gonca Gurses' negligence or any other cause.

RELEASE: On behalf of myself (including all personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, agents, and assigns), I hereby release and discharge Gonca Gurses (as well as its affiliates, related entities, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns) from any and all claims or causes of action (known or unknown) arising from negligence on the part of any staff member, whether active or passive. This waiver and release of liability encompass injuries that may result from a) malfunction or breakage of equipment or facilities, b) inadequate maintenance of equipment, premises, or facilities, c) negligent guidance or supervision, d) slips, trips, or falls on the premises or during travel to or from the activities, including injuries caused by negligent inspections or maintenance conducted by staff or any other individual.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: This release does not seek to absolve claims of gross negligence or intentional acts. I confirm that I have carefully read and understood this waiver and release, recognizing that it absolves Gonca Gurses from liability, involves the assumption of risk, and establishes an indemnity agreement. I am aware and agree that by signing this waiver and release, I waive my right to pursue legal action or assert a claim against Gonca Gurses for any negligence. I have read and voluntarily signed this waiver and release and further acknowledge that no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from this written agreement have been made.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Once you have purchased a ticket for an online and offline ceremony or session through www.goncagurses.com, please note that the tickets are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to another person for the same ceremony if you are unable to attend.
