Join us on the final day of the Healing Festival for the Sacred Sound and Cacao Ceremony. During this 2,5 hour ceremony, you will be exploring the Achemy of Sounds and Cacao which will take you on an inner journey, guiding you to ground yourself, set your intentions, and experience the transforming, healing energies of sacred sound and compassionate, soft cacao. *No prior experience is needed as Gonca will guide you through the ceremony with her voice and a variety of instruments.

The ceremony will begin by creating a sacred space and grounding ourselves, connecting with the earth and our inner selves. We will then set our intentions for the ceremony, calling in the energies and support we need to experience a powerful healing journey.

Now, it’s time to Immerse ourselves in the magical journey of drinking cacao,  an ancient medicinal drink cherished by indigenous cultures for centuries. Combined with healing sounds, this ceremony will guide you on an inner journey of release, freeing you from burdens and negative emotions.

As we journey deeper into the ceremony, you will experience the power of sacred sounds. Gonca mainly uses her voice, overtone singing and soul singing, including a variety of instruments such as crystal bowls, Shamanic drums, flutes, chimes, etc. to help release any blockages, activate, align your energy centers, calm the mind, and allow energy to flow freely.

Each ceremony is unique, as she intuitively uses her voice to channel the frequencies needed by the group. During the ceremony, you will receive healing at a cellular level in the magical vibrational field of sacred sound, while cacao works especially on the blockages of the heart. The ancient cacao plant helps us to release the blockages caused by old beliefs, thought patterns, and emotions that no longer serve us, by reaching deep into our subconscious, showing compassion, and forgiveness to ourselves and others.

Cacao is non-psychoactive and does not take you out of your body. Together with sacred sounds, cacao helps you tap into your inner guidance, letting go of what no longer serves you and gaining clarity on your intentions. Alchemy of Sacred sounds & cacao opens up a space to live the feeling of being connected with our inner self, truth, divine light in love, and gratitude.

Towards the end of the ceremony, we will come together and tone in the heart chakra, integrating the energies and insights we have received, as we come back to the present moment and ground ourselves once again.

This Sacred Sound and Cacao Ceremony is an invitation to connect with your deepest self and experience profound healing and transformation. By opening your heart and mind to the power of sound and cacao, you will have the opportunity to release what no longer serves you, gain clarity, and manifest your true desires.

A list of things you need to pay attention about the Sound & Cacao Ceremony:

Please…

*Do not consume alcohol starting from 3 days before our ceremony.

*Do not use any drugs (marihuana, LSD, etc) 10 days prior to our ceremony.

*Be careful not to consume meat (and dairy products if you wish) in the last 48 hours.

*Do not drink coffee in the last 24 hours. (If it really makes you nervous, keep in in minimum.)

*Do not eat chocolate in the last 24 hours.

*On the ceremony day eat something light at the latest 2 hours before the ceremony.

*Focus on your intent and clarify. The intention is the most important part of the ceremony.

List of things to bring along;

*Make sure you bring your personal *250ml CUP* for the cacao drink.

*Wear loose, comfortable clothes, during or after the ceremony, your body temperature might drop, so bring along things to keep you warm. Bring your yoga mat, blanket/sheet, pillow. Please care for your comfort all through the process :)

*In some parts of the ceremony, you will take notes, so bring a notebook and a pencil.

* A big bottle of water.

* You can bring your crystals, special stones, jewelry, or objects with you to purify and energize with vibrations in the ceremonial space.

*Please come to the ceremony in time to prepare your comfort and settle in. The ceremony will start at 10:00 and will last approximately 2,5 hours. I will ask you to turn off your phones completely during this time. Please share this information with your close ones in advance.

Meet Gonca Gürses

“Welcome to my world of healing and transformation! I am Gonca Gürses, a passionate sound explorer, sound healing therapist, shamanic guide, earth keeper, and dreamer. Singing has always been a part of my life, and it has led me on a journey of self-discovery and healing.

My background in Performing Arts in Opera at Istanbul Mimar Sinan Univ. State Conservatory helped me develop a strong foundation in music, but it was discovering the healing power of the human voice that truly set me on my path. Since then, I have devoted my life to helping others through various healing techniques.

In 2006, I studied "Sound Healing" and overtone singing techniques with renowned experts such as Jonathan Goldman, Sarah Benson, Lama Tashi, and Gregg Braden in Colorado. As a result, I became the first certified Voice & Sound Healing Therapist in Turkey.

I have developed my own Voice & Sound Healing technique, which I am constantly refining and evolving under the name of  ALCHEMY OF SOUNDS™. This technique combines various healing modalities, including harmonics, overtone singing, Gem Stones & Tuning forks, Crystal Bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, Silver Violet Flame, Ra-Sheeba, Munay-Ki, The Rite of the Womb, Shamballa MDH, Laika Shamanic Healing, and plant medicine, cacao.

Alchemy of Sacred sounds & cacao opent een ruimte om het gevoel van verbondenheid met ons innerlijke zelf, waarheid, goddelijk licht in liefde en dankbaarheid te beleven.Tegen het einde van de ceremonie komen we samen en versterken we het hartchakra waarbij we de energieën en inzichten die we hebben ontvangen integreren terwijl we terugkeren naar het huidige moment en onszelf opnieuw aarden.

Zaken waar je op moet letten bij de Sound & Cacao Ceremonie* Gebruik geen alcohol 3 dagen voorafgaand aan de ceremonie. * Gebruik geen drugs (marihuana, LSD, enz.) 10 dagen voorafgaand aan de ceremonie. * 48 uur voorafgaand aan de ceremonie geen vlees (en zuivelproducten als je dat wenst) consumeren. * 24 uur voorafgaand aan de ceremonie geen koffie drinken. (Als het je echt nerveus maakt, houd het dan minimaal.) * Eet geen chocolade in de laatste 24 uur. * Eet uiterlijk 2 uur voor de ceremonie iets lichts. * Concentreer je op een intentie. De intentie is het belangrijkste onderdeel van de ceremonie.

Lijst met dingen om mee te nemen * Zorg ervoor dat je je persoonlijke *250ml CUP* meeneemt voor de cacaodrank. * Draag losse, comfortabele kleding, tijdens of na de ceremonie kan je lichaamstemperatuur dalen, dus neem dingen mee om je warm te houden. (Yoga)mat, deken, kussen zijn aanwezig. Zorg alsjeblieft voor je comfort tijdens het hele proces. * In sommige delen van de ceremonie maak je aantekeningen, dus neem een ​​notitieboekje en een potlood mee. * Een grote fles water. * Je kunt je kristallen, speciale stenen, sieraden of voorwerpen meenemen om te zuiveren en energie te geven met trillingen in de ceremoniële ruimte. * Kom op tijd naar de ceremonie om je voor te bereiden en te settelen.
